After FIVE’s International experience, which meant more than 500 projects coordinated annually in the last years in Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria and Moldova, Andrei is back on the road with Backstage Production Group, a full service hub for the events area, starting from concept and technical design to event implementation down to the smallest details.

We are a group of event production specialists brought together in a new formula.
We provide ideas and turnkey technical services for the events market in Romania and abroad, so we have a complete organizational structure consisting of: the Production Department, which includes the team of Technical Project Managers and technical specialists, the Commercial Department, consisting of the team of Project Managers and commercial support team, the Financial, IT and Administrative Department.
We offer access to an integrated range of services through the following divisions:
– Technical event production division – event design services, technical consultancy and implementation, MICE conferences, corporate conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions. For a wider coverage, we have also developed the production service for decorations and banners.
– Technical Installations Division – a full range of A/V, lighting and stage installation services in conference halls, multi-purpose halls, sports halls, theatres etc.
– A/V equipment sales division.
We address all beneficiaries, which can be, as the case may be, both agents who choose to work with a technical services integrator, and end customers who wish, for example, to contract technical services directly from the technical provider.
Divisions reflected in the business
Technical event production is our core driving force. We have a highly experienced team that has developed over the years additional skills in the technical area. No matter how big the challenge, we have all the know-how to carry out the event design, stage design, set production, integration, coordination and implementation of the project.
The focus in the next period will be to develop in parallel the other business lines. As in any dynamic market, new needs or different, more efficient ways of meeting existing needs emerge.

Double quality: event design and technical supplier
We start from the client’s need or brief and then our designers build the right image for the event. Until the implementation, we focus our efforts to achieve the creative-technical concept that meets the client’s requirements.
Our advantage is that we can develop the event architecture down to the finest implementation detail. We think about both the technical concept and how it looks in practice, we do not propose technical ideas that cannot be implemented.
Second-opinion technical expertise service
We are a board of specialists ready to take over the organization of any event and also to offer second opinion services in this field.

The team
We work on projects as a complete team because it is important to bring all the necessary roles to the table in the relationship with the client: from technician to architect, director, set designer. So we have an integrated approach:
Project Manager – the contact person the client will collaborate with during and after the event. The Commercial Manager will ensure the good management of the relationship with the client, taking care of requests and creative development of the project.
Technical Project Manager – the personal technical consultant we assign to the client. He/she coordinates the entire technical side of the event, including the implementation team, and ensures that the event runs smoothly.
Technical implementation team – consisting of sound, lighting, video, stage technicians, sound engineers, light designers, set designers, décor designers. It is always up to date with specific needs and available to solve any technical request.
